The Resident Services Director supervises other associates and coordinates Resident Care Programs to comply with state regulations.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.</li><li>Contribute to Community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow associates, physicians, pharmacies and other vendors or persons.</li><li>Contribute to team effort by being flexible in work assignments, by furnishing support by taking initiative; and by understanding how this position affects and compliments all other Community positions.</li><li>Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given work load. Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality within specified tolerance.</li></ul><p><strong>Skill:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business administration, hospitability, gerontology, or another related field.</li><li><i>Must have a valid Nursing License in the state of practice.</i></li><li>This position also requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience, prior care experience in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility, and valid First Aid and CPR Certification.</li></ul><p><strong>EEOC Statement:</strong></p><p>The above statements are intended to be a general description.
